We have special ship inspection program which is an important integral part of our loss prevention procedures. Our target is to work closely and constructively with our Insureds. Our various publications are made on the basis of insureds’ feedback and experience. We always try to share the available information enabling Masters and surveyors to prepare for forthcoming inspections.

Electronic copies of the standard pro-forms for ship Survey Report and Guidance Notes for Surveyors are available upon request.

Survey Reports to be issued only by Survey Companies approved by the Association. Ordinarily survey reports issued by unauthorized survey companies will be rejected by the Association.

Upon receipt of the Report the Association’s Technical Department will provide list of corrections to be carried out by the Insured, within some definite time frame.
